Why don't I see my artwork on a new device or browser?

Confirm you're signed in with the same email as your Éphé account. Previews and purchases are tied to that account.

If you created a preview before saving it to your account, it may only have existed in the original browser until you saved or purchased. See the below reference articles for help troubleshooting this issue.
