For qualifying physical orders (such as fine art prints or canvases), Éphé may issue a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for your piece. When it's ready, you'll see a Certificate of Authenticity row on the artwork card in My Art Gallery with a Download certificate link that opens a PDF.
What it looks like. The certificate is a PDF you can save or print. It typically includes identifying details for your artwork and order so you can keep it with your records or alongside the finished piece. Layout and wording may be updated over time; the purpose is to document your Éphé piece as an authentic work from our studio.
If you completed a qualifying order but don't see a certificate yet, allow time for production and fulfillment. If it never appears, email hello@ephe.art with your order number.
