Why does it say I've already used my free preview?

The complimentary preview is once per browser on the device you're using. If you've already created a preview there, you'll be asked to sign in and purchase Preview Credits to continue.

Signing in and using Preview Credits is the most reliable way to keep creating, especially if you're moving across browsers and devices.
