When you click a download link, whether from your order email or from My Art Gallery, your image opens in a new browser tab at full size. From there, here's how to save it to your device.
On desktop (Mac or Windows):
Right-click the image and choose Save image as… (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or Save Image to "Downloads" (Safari). Pick where you want it saved and click Save. On a Mac trackpad without a right button, use a two-finger tap, or hold Control and click.
On iPhone or iPad:
Press and hold the image for about a second until a menu pops up, then tap Save to Photos (or Add to Photos). The image will appear in your Photos app. If you'd rather save it to Files, choose Save to Files instead.
On Android:
Press and hold the image until a menu appears, then tap Download image (Chrome) or Save image. The file will land in your Downloads folder, and most phones also make it visible in the Photos or Gallery app.
A quick tip: If nothing happens when you press and hold on mobile, make sure you're pressing directly on the image itself (not a caption or link around it), and hold for a full second before lifting your finger.
If you're having trouble finding the file after downloading, check your Downloads folder on desktop, or your Photos / Gallery app on mobile. Still stuck? Email hello@ephe.art and we'll help.
