Your finished art is stored in Éphé's own secure database under your account. When you order a print, our print labs receive only a temporary link to the finished art (never your original photo), and that link expires within 24 hours.
Your photos are stored securely on our servers and are only ever used to create your art. We never sell them, share them with advertisers, or use them to train outside AI models. Your original photo is sent only to the art engine that creates your piece, and it's discarded by that service immediately after processing.
You can delete a photo from your account at any time, or ask us to remove all of your data. See How can I request that my data be deleted?
