The Studio Service has two paths, and how it works depends on which one you choose.
If you're ordering a pre-made design (a curated design our team has developed, like the Custom Pastel Portrait):
1. On the product page, upload your photo, set your preferences in the studio fields, pick the print product you want (material and size), and check out. The price is the normal print product price plus a +$50 Studio Service fee, and the total includes a high-resolution digital download.
2. Once your order comes in, an Éphé artist creates your piece.
3. You'll receive an email with a private link to preview the finished artwork.
4. You can approve the piece or request a revision directly from that page.
5. Once approved, your high-resolution digital file is emailed to you (and lives in My Art Gallery), and your print or canvas is sent to our printing labs.
If you're commissioning a fully custom piece (work that doesn't fit a pre-made design, like combining photos or extending a frame):
1. Start by filling out our custom request form or emailing hello@ephe.art with your photo and a short note about what you have in mind.
2. We'll reply with questions, a proposed approach, and a custom quote. The quote covers the custom artwork plus a high-resolution digital download, prints and canvases are ordered separately once your piece is finalized.
3. Once the scope and price are agreed, we invoice you and begin the work.
4. We'll share a preview for your approval. You can request adjustments before the piece is finalized.
5. Your high-resolution digital file is delivered by email and lives in My Art Gallery. From there you can order prints or canvases whenever you're ready.
For either path, consultations happen by email, so that everything moves at a pace that works for both sides, and the feedback is clearly logged.
