Éphé gift cards are electronic only. They arrive by email. We do not ship a physical gift card.
1\. Open the Gift Card product page.
2\. Choose an amount.
3\. Add it to your cart and check out.
Sending it to someone else
On the gift card product, you can fill in Shopify's recipient fields (when shown):
- Recipient email
- Recipient name (optional)
- Personal message (optional)
- Send on date (optional)
If you set a future send date, Shopify sends the gift card on that date (usually in the morning in the purchaser's timezone).
What emails go out
- The recipient gets a gift card email with their code and any message you added.
- You get a receipt confirming the gift card was sent to that recipient.
Buying it for yourself
Leave the recipient fields blank. Shopify emails the gift card code to the email on the order.
If the gift card email does not arrive
1. Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
2. Confirm the recipient email (or the order email, if you bought it for yourself).
3. Wait a few minutes after checkout. Gift cards are usually emailed as soon as the order is paid. If you chose a Send on date, the email goes out on that date instead.
