Éphé gift cards are redeemed online with the code from the gift card email. There is no physical card to present.
1. Shop on ephe.art as usual (preview credits, digital download, print, canvas, or Studio Service).
2. At checkout, find the gift card field.
3. Enter the gift card code from the email. Codes are not case sensitive.
4. Apply the code.
If the gift card covers the full order total, you can complete the order with the gift card alone.
If the balance is less than the order total, pay the rest with another payment method. You can also apply more than one gift card when Shopify offers that option.
Any unused balance stays on the gift card for a future order.
Check your balance
Open the gift card email and use the link to the gift card page. That page shows the current balance and the code. Keep the code somewhere safe for checkout.
If you cannot find the email, check spam folders, then email hello@ephe.art with the order number or purchaser email.
