No. Éphé gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once a gift card is issued (emailed with a code), it cannot be canceled for a cash refund or cashed out through Éphé. The balance can only be spent on ephe.art.
If something went wrong on our end. If you were charged and never received a gift card email, or a card was issued in error, email hello@ephe.art with your order number. We will fix issuance problems.
This is the same rule stated in our Refund Policy under digital products, credits, and Gift Cards. It applies except where consumer protection law in your state requires otherwise.
