Because every Éphé piece is made to order, production on your custom artwork begins shortly after you place your order. That means we usually can't change or cancel an order once it's in our system.
That said, if you've spotted a problem (wrong address, wrong size), email hello@ephe.art as soon as possible with your order number. If we can catch it before production starts, we'll do everything we can to help. Once a piece has gone into production we can't pull it back, since it was made uniquely for you.
For digital downloads, delivery is instant, so they can't be cancelled after purchase.
