We want you to love the finished piece, so reasonable revisions are included as part of the Studio Service.
Pre-made designs (like the Custom Pastel Portrait) include one round of revisions by default. If something's not quite right on the first preview, leave notes for the artist on your approval page and we'll adjust.
Fully custom pieces have revision rounds agreed as part of the quote (usually 2 rounds of revisions), since scope varies so much from piece to piece. The number and kind of revisions will be confirmed in your email thread before work begins.
If you're unsure, email hello@ephe.art with your order details and we'll talk you through where you are. We'd much rather you ask than settle for a piece that isn't quite right.
